Carmen was amazing to work with. When we listed our house, she was very patient to explain everything that we needed to do in order to sell our house faster. We sold it to the first person who looked at it!! Then the hunt was on to find us a house. Carmen must have shown us 30 houses! She was so very patient. She took everything into consideration that we wanted in a house. She helped us negotiate the details of the contract. If we ever go through this process again, Carmen will be our first choice!!
From there everything was as promised and although there were some bumps with the title work and survey Carmen did her best to make sure that we didn't have the stress of getting it straightened out. She was patient with my questions. I have recommended her since then and others in our family always use her.
