If you like a quite peaceful place this is it.
We stayed at the Lodge for a week and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view of the golf course was beautiful. The owner, Robert, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He checked on us a few times during the stay and even let us host a cook out with some friends at the Club house. We can't wait to go back!!
We only stayed for one night, it was 4 grandkids and our two grandparents, they were able to get us two rooms to accommodate us all. They were very clean and quiet since it was in the middle of a golf course. It was a more old timey motel and seemed like it had been renovated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.
Pleasantly suprised. Room is basic but much cleaner than most chains I have stayed at. Great view of the golf course and old farm house. Very quiet at night. Pool looks nice. If you like Southern Cooking, check out The Ranch House just down the road, terrific pies and hearty breakfast fare!
Room was very clean and cozy. Beds were wonderful. Satellite TV. Guest laundry. Fridge and microwave. No ice machine, but bags of ice are available in a deep freezer. All ground floor with easy access. I enjoyed my weekend stay and these rooms will accommodate even the pickiest guest. Decently priced as well.
