Absolutely useless. They don't have appropriate staff or knowledge.
This is an amazing facility. The clinical staff is among the best in the state. They are going through a major update of technology and facility upgrade.
I was there on 11-19-17. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable.
I have only used the radiology department at the DeQueen hospital.

Being a little nervous, I felt right at home
Went to ER last night after my infection in my arm got worse. The staff have awful attitudes and the nurse's and doctors have very poor bed side manners. So I waited to get attitude from the nurse and doctor. It was almost like I was pissing them off by being there. I had to go to Hot Springs to get adequate healthcare. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. I have been in a lot of hospitals this one is only good if your already dead.
Just moved here and OMG!! Yes not going to stay for more than my year lease. Don't go to this hospital absolutely the worse hospital in the country. Standard protocol they don't follow at all. The nurses are so rude and treat you like your emergency is an inconvenience to them. So small town nonsense. The doctors are so terrible. Yikes!! I think all the ones that barely passed school are your doctors. D- students..scarey.
