I have been trying to buy a car with this dealership for 2 weeks (been looking at the car for 2 months...) I'm pretty positive they don't want to sell it. They ran my credit more than once which hurt my credit tremendously. When I called the manager Carl to ask about it he laughed at me, told me it won't hurt my credit "that much" (what??) and that he wasn't "going to argue with me" then HUNG UP ON ME! The most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. If you get them to run your credit be sure to specify to only run it once.
Still waiting on a call back from Thursday and it's Tuesday. I like these people and know they're busy, but come on...5 days and I'm going to have to call and remind them of the job they have to do....again...
Well I've been a long time customer until today. I went to the dealership to talk to the owner about a problem I have with a vehicle that has been in the shop for over three months. Long story short the negotiations ended by a "get the %*+k out of my store " by the owner! When I have ever needed a truck this was the only place to go so I thought. Very let down from a professional businessman
set an appointment to have oil changed/tires rotated and investigate why the smartphone remote start app. was not working and giving me a failed response. After waiting for around an hour I was told that the Technician was overbooked and I would have to make another appointment. After paying for the oil change I noticed that the tires had not been rotated either.
Must be a good olace-WE have bought 5 vehicles here over the years.
